Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Beauty Bliss (beautybliss.ae) ("we," "us," "our").
1) Shipping locations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes unless the courier can successfully deliver to the address provided.
2) Order processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business daysย across the UAE after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3) Shipping charges
- Orders under AED 200: AED 25 flat shipping fee
- Orders of AED 200 and above: Free shipping
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
4) Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, we will send tracking details by email or SMS after dispatch.
It is the customerโs responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to receive the order where required.
5) Incorrect address and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, or if delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the order may be delayed, returned, cancelled by the courier, or require additional delivery charges.
Any reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
6) Delivery issues
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first where applicable, then contact us at support@beautybliss.ae.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched, but we will try to assist where reasonably possible.
7) Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beautybliss.ae and provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue and packaging.
Claims are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8) Split shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates.
9) Delays outside our control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
